Cotabato City | The Ministry of Public Order and Safety (MPOS) conducted a three-day mid-year assessment and teambuilding to assess and ensure that the Ministry is in the right track in addition to the improvement of its operations. Team building was also organized for the employees to fortify the strong working relationship between and among them. The harmonious relationship is indispensable in the attainment of the Ministry’s goals. The mid-year assessment was held at Sultan Hall, Pagana Native Restaurant on July 7, 2022 (Wednesday) while the team building activity was held at Brgy. Kalanganan II, Cotabato City on July 8-9, 2022.
Present in the mid-year assessment were Minister Hussein P. Muñoz, Director-General Atty. Al-Rashid L. Balt, and all the employees and staff of the Ministry.
Minister Muñoz emphasized the importance of maintaining strong cooperation and unity within the organization to achieve a strong and competent government. He said, we quote: “Salamat sa kontribusyon ng lahat because for the past years we have improved this Ministry but we still need more performance. There will always be a change for a better. Let us maintain cooperation and unity para magkaroon tayo ng strong and competent government.
