Camp Bilal, Munai, Lanao del Norte | The Ministry of Public Order and Safety (MPOS) through the support of the Office MP Abdullah Macapaar provided a needs-based financial assistance worth of Php 10,000.00 to 200 former combatants in Camp Bilal, Kura-kura, Munai, Lanao del Norte on August 27, 2022.
The recipients are former combatants who did not qualify to avail in the decommissioning program under the normalization program component of the peace process between Philippine Government and Moro Islamic Liberation Front.
This intervention is part of the peacebuilding initiatives of the MPOS, supported by Office of MP Abdullah G. Macapaar under the Transitional Development Impact Fund through the Office of Chief Minister Ahod B. Ebrahim.
