On July 7, 2023, the Ministry of Public Order and Safety (MPOS) with its key officials and personnel from the Ministry’s Divisions, Offices, and Sections conducted a Midyear Assessment and Teambuilding at Alnor Convention Center in Cotabato City, with its theme “MPOS Family: Continuing to be agents of change towards a safe and peaceful Bangsamoro.”

Al-Rashid L. Balt said in his opening message. He also shared the MPOS’ milestones and accomplishments, highlighting its recognition not only within the BARMM regions but also nationally and internationally. He attributed this success to the collaborative efforts and hard work of the personnel.
During the event, various divisions and sections of the Ministry presented detailed reports on their accomplishments. These reports included evidence-based success indicators, challenges and issues encountered, recommendations, and proposed strategies to fulfill the MPOS’ mandates with a focus on quality and excellence. The presentations were followed by an open forum, where participants engaged in constructive discussions to address common concerns and work collaboratively towards the goal of establishing a peaceful and safe Bangsamoro.
On July 9, the Ministry organized a teambuilding activity at Cheryl by the Sea Beach Resort in Brgy. Kusiong, Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao del Norte. The purpose of this activity was to foster rapport, camaraderie, and teamwork among colleagues within MPOS. The event consisted of various teambuilding activities designed to enhance collaboration and strengthen the bond among the Ministry’s employees and staff.
The Ministry of Public Order and Safety (MPOS) remains committed to its objectives of promoting peace, public order, and safety in the Bangsamoro communities, as well as enhancing the overall welfare of the people.
