A total of 233 community volunteers from Maguindanao del Sur participated in the Ministry’s Roll-Out of the Community-Driven Safety and Security: Early Warning Early Response Mechanism (CDSS: EWER) on September 10-17 at the Avior Hotel, General Santos City and September 23-24, 2024 at the Em Manor Hotel and Convention Center, Cotabato City.
The participants ranged from barangay officials, social workers, and representatives from various community sectors, including youth, farmers, and women from Guindulungan, Datu Piang, Datu Salibo, Datu Saudi Ampatuan, Rajah Buayan, Sultan Sa Barongis, Ampatuan, Talitay, Shariff Aguak and Datu Unsay.

The roll-out activity signified MPOS’ steadfast commitment to promote peace and security through community participation in support of the overarching advocacy of the Bangsamoro Government towards a peaceful, safe, and progressive Bangsamoro.
