Cotabato City| The Ministry of Public Order and Safety (MPOS) – BARMM in collaboration with the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP)-BARMM conducted today, March 25, 2024 a “๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐น๐น ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ฐ ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐๐-๐๐ถ๐ฑ ๐ง๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด” at the Ministry’s office grounds, with active participation of its general workforce. The goal of this activity is to ensure all employees are prepared for any unforeseen fire incidents and other related emergencies.
The informative sessions and workshops led by BFP’s fire safety experts covered the topics on basic first-aid response, fire prevention activities, fire extinguisher usage, evacuation procedures, and hazard identification. By continuously educating and empowering the Ministry’s employees and staff, MPOS is committed to fostering a culture of safety and readiness in the face of emergencies.
This activity is in observance of the Annual celebration of the National Fire Prevention Awareness Month with this year’s theme, “๐๐ข ๐ฑ๐ข๐จ-๐ช๐ธ๐ข๐ด ๐ด๐ข ๐ด๐ถ๐ฏ๐ฐ๐จ, ๐ฉ๐ช๐ฏ๐ฅ๐ช ๐ฌ๐ข ๐ฏ๐ข๐จ-๐ช๐ช๐ด๐ข!”
