In pursuit of quality and excellent service, the Ministry of Public Order and Safety (MPOS), through the Human Resource Management Section (HRMS) of the Administrative and Finance Division (AFD) and in collaboration with the Development Academy of the Bangsamoro (DAB), organized a three-day training on Completed Staff Work (CSW) held on August 29–31, 2023, at the Mall of Alnor, Cotabato City.
The program strived to provide the Ministry’s personnel with the competencies required to produce high-caliber outputs and effectively deliver functions at the highest level in the office. The training comprised discussions on CSW’s relevance in the workplace, the CSW guiding framework and steps, and the essential skills required for CSW practitioners to fulfill reputable duties and responsibilities. Moreover, the participants indulged in a series of intensive workshops to help them integrate what they learned from the discussions.

Additionally, personnel from several MPOS offices, divisions, and sections, as well as DAB-skilled individuals who served as the training team, facilitated the aforementioned training.
