π½π€π£πππ€, πππ¬π-πππ¬π | 38 uniformed personnel from various Law Enforcement Agencies underwent a Capacity Development Intervention on Narcotics Investigation and Prosecution Management Seminar-Workshop through the initiative of the Ministry of Public Order and Safety (MPOS) in partnership with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) at the Rachel’s Place Hotel and Restaurant, Bongao, Tawi-Tawi last August 6-8, 2024.
The said activity highlighted the critical importance of meticulous documentation and inventory of seized evidence, ensuring consistency between affidavits and court proceedings. Participants gained practical, hands-on knowledge of the procedures involved, emphasizing the need for precision and care in every step to prevent case dismissals due to procedural lapses.
Above all, the activity signified the Ministry’s unwavering committment towards a peaceful, progressive, and developed Bangsamoro through strengthening its coordination and collaboration among law enforcement agencies in the region.
