Cotabato City, BARMM | The Ministry of Public Order and Safety BARMM conducted a two-day training on Basic Facilitation and Public Speaking to forty (40) MPOS’ employees and staff from respective offices, division, sections and units in the Ministry. The activity was held on July 11-12, 2022 at Pagana Native Restaurant, Cotabato City.
The activity aimed to capacitate employees in improving their personal skills on program facilitation and public speaking considering the Ministry conducts and organizes community-based interventions such as capacity development, dialogue, and other peace-related initiatives in various Bangsamoro communities in the region.
MPOS Peace Program Officer V Sittie Janine Gamao discussed the topic on “Mastering the Art of Facilitation” while Mr. Jorjani Sinsuat from Bangsamoro Information Office shared his tips and ways on public speaking. The activity provided the participants a hands-on experience on public speaking and interactive discussion on facilitation.
MPOS hopes that this training develops the confidence of every participants in public speaking and fortify the conduct of programs and activities of the Ministry to the Bangsamoro people.
