Glan, Sarangani | The Ministry of Public Order and Safety (MPOS) welcomed the fiscal year 2024 by celebrating its significant milestones and achievements in 2023 during its “Year-End Assessment and Employees Team Building” at Isla Jardin Del Mar Resort, Glan, Sarangani from January 30 to February 3, 2024.
With the theme, “𝘊𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦, 𝘌𝘭𝘦𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘦: 𝘙𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘎𝘰𝘢𝘭𝘴 𝘛𝘰𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳,” the event served as a platform to acknowledge the collective efforts that contributed to the Ministry’s success.
MPOS Director-General, Atty. Al-Rashid L. Balt underscored the vital role of each staff member in the Ministry’s accomplishments, stating, “𝘓𝘢𝘨𝘪 𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘢𝘯 𝘯𝘢 𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘣𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴𝘢 𝘴𝘢 𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯 𝘢𝘺 𝘮𝘢𝘺 𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘣𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘮𝘢𝘺 𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘱𝘢𝘱𝘦𝘭 𝘢𝘵 𝘮𝘢𝘺 𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘦 𝘴𝘢 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘩𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯 𝘴𝘢 𝘔𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘗𝘶𝘣𝘭𝘪𝘤 𝘖𝘳𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘚𝘢𝘧𝘦𝘵𝘺. 𝘞𝘦 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘥𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘴, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘦𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘢𝘺𝘰 𝘯𝘢 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘢𝘨𝘬𝘢𝘬𝘢𝘱𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘥. 𝘐𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘨𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘰 𝘬𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘪-𝘩𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘢𝘵 𝘪-𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘦 𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯, 𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘢𝘮𝘢𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘬𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘭𝘢𝘥.”
The said event was a two-part activity. The first part was the Year-End Assessment which took place on January 31, 2024, providing an opportunity for reflection and evaluation of the past year’s performance. The second part was held on the night of January 31, culminating in an Employee’s Gala Night. The activities continued until February 4, 2024 featuring various team building activities aimed at fostering stronger camaraderie, rapport, and relationships among the employees across different offices, divisions, and sections within the Ministry.
