Cotabato City, BARMM | After a couple of years in existence, the Ministry of Public Order and Safety through the facilitation of Civil Service Commission-BARMM, conducted an orientation workshop to its employees on Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS), a mechanism required to all agencies and offices of the government to provide link to government employees performance with organizational commitment and accountability. This is in line with the Bangsamoro Government’s aim to actualize the philosophy of moral governance in the bureaucracy as well as development of employees through teamwork.
The two-day activity was conducted on March 14-15, 2022 at CNX Convention, Cotabato City. After that couple of days training, one of the important outputs is the creation of the Ministry’s Performance Commitment and Review (MPCR), a team approach to performance management.
