Two (2) Bangsamoro Peace Centers were ceremoniously turned over by the Ministry of Public Order and Safety (MPOS) through the 2021 Transitional Development Impact Fund (TDIF) of Hon. Abdullah Macapaar, Member of Parliament at Wato Balindong, Lanao del Sur on August 16 and at Camp Bilal, Munai, Lanao del Norte on August 21, 2023.
“𝘈𝘯𝘨 𝘊𝘢𝘮𝘱 𝘗𝘰𝘬𝘵𝘢 𝘯𝘨 𝘞𝘢𝘵𝘰 𝘉𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘺 𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘮𝘱 𝘯𝘨 𝘊𝘢𝘮𝘱 𝘉𝘪𝘭𝘢𝘭, 𝘔𝘶𝘯𝘢𝘪, 𝘓𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘰 𝘕𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘦, 𝘬𝘶𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘢𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘬𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘴𝘢 𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘨𝘢 𝘬𝘢𝘴𝘢𝘮𝘢𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘢𝘺 𝘥𝘪𝘵𝘰 𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘴𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘢𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘬𝘢𝘴𝘢𝘨𝘴𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘯 𝘯𝘨 𝘨𝘪𝘺𝘦𝘳𝘢 𝘴𝘢 𝘔𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘰 𝘵𝘢𝘰𝘯𝘨 2000 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘨𝘢𝘯𝘨 2009. 𝘈𝘬𝘰 𝘢𝘺 𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘱𝘢𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘮𝘢𝘵 𝘴𝘢 𝘔𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘗𝘶𝘣𝘭𝘪𝘤 𝘖𝘳𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘚𝘢𝘧𝘦𝘵𝘺 𝘴𝘢 𝘱𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘭𝘰𝘺 𝘯𝘪𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘱𝘢𝘨𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘢 𝘴𝘢 𝘮𝘨𝘢 𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘣𝘪𝘬𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘢 𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘨𝘢 𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘥𝘢𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘥𝘪𝘨𝘮𝘢𝘢𝘯 𝘴𝘢 𝘉𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘴𝘢𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘰 𝘭𝘢𝘭𝘰 𝘯𝘢 𝘴𝘢 𝘱𝘢𝘨𝘱𝘢𝘱𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘱𝘢𝘥 𝘢𝘵 𝘱𝘢𝘨𝘴𝘢𝘴𝘢𝘬𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘯 𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘉𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘴𝘢𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘰 𝘗𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘦 𝘊𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳,” expressed by MP Hon. Abdullah Macapaar during his message of support.
Meanwhile, MPOS Director-General, Atty. Al-Rashid L. Balt expressed how thankful the Ministry is towards MP Macapaar for his unwaivering and continuous support, “𝘐𝘯 𝘣𝘦𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘧 𝘰𝘧 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘔𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳, 𝘏𝘶𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘪𝘯 𝘗. The above-mentioned Bangsamoro Peace Centers will serve as a safe space for learning and supporting peace and development initiatives that will encourage the stimulation of a culture of peace, diversity, and peacebuilding in their respective communities.
