The values transformation training aimed to make a substantial impact on the performance and service delivery of employees by focusing on the core principles of moral governance as well as instill a deep sense of fairness, transparency, and accountability in the employees’ actions. Furthermore, this initiative was designed not only to enhance individual capabilities but also to foster a collective commitment to the values that underpin effective and efficient governance, ultimately contributing to a more peaceful and progressive society for the Bangsamoro region.
MPOS’ Development Management Officer V, Mr. Bhenhar Ayob, Division Chief of the Home Affairs Services: Law Enforcement Coordination Division, concluded the session by inspiring and motivating the participants.“𝘔𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘢𝘱𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘢𝘺𝘰 𝘴𝘢 𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘶𝘯𝘨𝘬𝘶𝘭𝘪𝘯. Furthermore, the training underscores the Ministry’s dedication to fostering leadership that prioritizes the collective welfare of the Bangsamoro people. By integrating moral values into their daily operations, employees can exemplify ethical behavior and inspire others to adopt similar principles in both professional and personal contexts.
This program aligns with BARMM’s vision of moral governance as a guiding framework for all governmental institutions. The focus on values transformation not only enhances internal operations but also extends its impact across the broader Bangsamoro community, contributing to the region’s harmony and prosperity.
