On December 18, 2024, the Ministry of Public Order and Safety (MPOS) of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) conducted a formal oath-taking ceremony for its newly appointed officials and employees. The event took place at the distinguished Villa Amparo Garden Beach Resort, situated in the Island Garden City of Samal, signifying a significant milestone in the Ministry’s pursuit of effective governance and public service.
The occasion underscored the MPOS’ unwavering commitment to its mandate of ensuring peace, order, and public safety throughout the Bangsamoro region. The appointed officials and employees solemnly pledged to execute their duties with utmost integrity, dedication, and professionalism. In his keynote address, MPOS’ Minister Hussein P. Muñoz who officiated the ceremony, emphasized the gravity of the occasion and its implications for the future of the region.
