๐พ๐ค๐ฉ๐๐๐๐ฉ๐ค ๐พ๐๐ฉ๐ฎ | Approximately 153 Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) received hygiene kits, psychosocial intervention, and religious support from the Ministry of Public Order and Safety through the Transitional Development Impact Fund (TDIF) of MP Jamel B. Macacua held at the BJMP City Jail Male Dormitory, Datu Udtog Matalam, RH 10, Cotbato City last October 10, 2024.
The activity aimed to enhance and promote better living conditions, mental health, as well as countering the societal stigma on PDLs through the provision of hygiene kits, psychosocial session, and religious sermon thus emphasizing that detention facilities are centers for reformation and rehabilitation.
The successful endeavor symbolized the dedication and commitment of MPOS towards its peace partners and PDLs in support to the overarching advocacy of the Bangsamoro Government that no one should be left behind.
