SAFE BARMM program is one of the regular programs of the Ministry that seeks to analyze information and recommend programs and policy to lessen the challenges affecting the public order and safety in the region. This is through data gathering and management, investigation, monitoring, evaluation, visualization, and analysis. Moreover, it aims to strengthen the existing early warning and early response (EWER) network through a series of community-driven safety and security training projects. This is one of the priority projects that provides quick community response to incidents as well as realtime data in conflict reporting system. The information will be analyzed to provide effective recommendations in mitigating conflict escalation and will be coordinated to the concerned office/agency.
