𝘒𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘢𝘯 𝘯𝘪𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘨𝘢p 𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘨𝘢 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘣𝘪𝘴𝘺𝘰 𝘯𝘨 𝘉𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘴𝘢𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘰 𝘎𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘮𝘸𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘢 𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘱𝘢𝘥 𝘯𝘪𝘭𝘢 𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘬𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘢𝘬𝘰 𝘴𝘢 𝘬𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘢𝘨𝘶𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘵 𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘭𝘶𝘯𝘨𝘢𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘣𝘢 𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘨𝘢 𝘉𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘴𝘢𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘰.” These were the words raised by one of the participants during the Ministry’s “Mashuwara Kalilintad: A Community Conversation on Public Order and Safety” conducted in Basilan on July 28, 2022 at the MILF 114th Base Command Hall, Lamitan City, Basilan.
Thirty-eight (38) individuals coming from the MILF’s Bangsamoro Islamic Armed Forces (BIAF), Bangsamoro Islamic Women Auxiliary Brigade (BIWAB), and Social Welfare Committee (SWC) participated the activity. The result of the community conversation will be the basis of the Ministry in planning and in formulating programs and activities suitable to the needs and recommendations in addressing the peace, public order and safety in the Bangsamoro.
Mashuwara Kalilintad is a community conversation on public order and safety activity under the Ministry’s SAFE BARMM program facilitated by MPOS Home Affairs Services (HAS). Currently, same activity was already implemented in the provinces of Maguindanao, Lanao del Sur and Tawi-Tawi.
